About Hotdogma

Hotdogma is a collaboration born of American, Ugandan, and other International Cuisines. Our silent partner is a world traveler who enjoys the various divergent taste of the international community and hoped to share this experience of food to both visitors and the people of Uganda. 

Our delectable meals consist of fresh meats, vegetables, and fruits. This simply means that our victuals have been recently hand selected, locally harvested and treated properly postharvest.  Since our food is sourced locally, this allows us to retain the nutritional value and flavor enabling us to thoughtfully prepare a daily cuisine of elegant delights just for you.

OUR NAME

The name of Hotdogma stems from the term “dogma” which is the defining concept of unquestionable belief in either a faith, a tradition or even an authority.  For us:

"Hotdogma is a place where every bite shapes your unquestionable belief in great taste. We want to be a place where every bite elevates your taste to new levels of delight."

Proscovia N.

Proscovia is a native of Entebbe city. Her passion for cooking led her to pursue a career in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Her experience and skills have stirred the praises of many who taste her eclectic cuisines. She has partnered with a world traveler and they both contribute to the delicacies of Hotdogma. Her desire is to elevate the taste of her patrons allowing them to share in the same joy of food that she has.
